Thrush was found by the Xterminators while they were exploring the ruins of a fallen fortress. The fortress was infested with all manner of Evil denizens. One particular group of Goblins had captured Thrush. He was attempting to rescue the children of a former employer when he was ambushed by the Goblins, knocked unconscious and locked up in a cage. Who knows what fell plans the Goblins had in store for Thrush? They tortured him and starved him for several months before the Xterminators came upon his badly abused and malnourished body. Despite his spell-like abilities, he wasn't able to escape on his own. Thankfully the Xterminators came along when they did.

Who's playing Thrush now? No one - Thrush was an original character (not an original member of the Xterminators), created by Jeff L. back in April of 2021. Thrush was played by Jeff up until July of 2024. As of July, 2024, Jeff left our group, and I started searching for a new player. In July of 2024, a new player (David H.) joined our group. David H. played Thrush until his new character was ready for the game. On the 12th of Oct, 2024, I was able to transition Thrush out of the campaign, and introduce the new original character created by David.

Physical Description
By all appearances, Thrush is a typical Whisper Gnome. 3'6" tall, weighing only 29lbs. With Dark grey eyes, unruly thick black hair and big bushy eyebrows, his appearance is average, and he could easily blend in with others of his kind.

Homeland (Country/City)
Thrush grew up in the City of Coin. Athkatla, also known as the City of Coin, is the oldest settlement and capital of the mercantile nation of Amn. Amn is one of the wealthiest cities in all of Faerun, and the capital is a very busy city, where nearly every aspect of life revolves around money and commerce.

Last Seen/Whereabouts
Where is Thrush now? He was last seen adventuring with the Xtermintors in the Dalelands. On a dreary day in Novius, a stranger arrived while the party was encamped outside some musty old ruins. This messenger had an urgent note for Thrush - A Family Emergency of the utmost urgency was conveyed (by way of a letter from X). The visitor conveyed the message, handed Thrush a pouch of something (coins?), and a scroll. Thrush broke the seal on the scroll, spoke the words "Smarty Pants", and he immediately vanished from sight, accompanied by a loud thunderous clap - The clear sign of Teleport magic. Is Thrush gone for good? Where did he go? Is he still a member of the Xterminators? All good questions. A mystery for another day.
