Located west of Boulder, the trail over Sugarloaf Mountain is an easy drive for any stock sport utility vehicle; provided the road is dry. It's a short but scenic drive along the course of an old railroad bed. An excellent vantage point for the changing of the guard on the mountain sides. You'll have a spectacular view as the Aspens retire their summer colors for an autumn coat.
