Here is the image after cropping the image.

Note that scroll bars appear despite the fact that image isn't large enough to require scrolling.

I have show rulers turned on in the preferences. With the Window Zoom preference that I have selected (Always use 100%), I should only see scroll bars when the image is too large to display on my monitor.

While the effect/discrepancy is not destructive or irreperable, it is annoying.
