<html><head><meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body dir="auto"><div>Hi all,</div><div id="AppleMailSignature">Can't be on the computer much "presently" :)</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">But just to say, one place where our views differ is that I suggest ...</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">And please note, I'm never "insisting" anything, just saying "the result of my (to be honest I believe very deep and comprehensive analysis) is that "if things just exist and move" then that concurs with all that I see and feel.</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">(Though who knows, I "may" have confirmation bias toward my own work (one has to be aware of that possibility for the work to be possibly scientific).</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">But, "it seems to me", I.e in every single bit of evidence I can find it seems to be the truth that things exist, and they can move.</div><div id="AppleMailSignature">So why not test the possibility that things may indeed perhaps "just exist and move".</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">To be very clear ( not rude, just clear), my position is as follows,</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">- I am not setting out to disprove the possible existence of a thing called time.</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">- I am putting forth my observations and reasoning and explaining my conclusion that...</div><div id="AppleMailSignature">"We may be completely wrong from the outset to assume the existence of a thing called time".</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">(The wording is very important , one can't disprove something, but may show how a given theory (eg the theory that a thing called time exists) may in fact be unfounded and not actually correlate with observation)</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">Eg nowhere do we see a "future" arriving, all we see is the same vast collection of matter "constantly" (eg "just") moving and interacting in all directions around us.</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">But we don't see a future arriving etc.</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">So, I just wanted to say, I think we may be wrong from the outset to assume a thing called time, (which means thus try dropping the concept from your mind, and seeing how the world looks "if" things just exist and move and change.</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">(So our views differ, 1 no time and no motion, 2 wrong to assume time, and things just move as they appear to do so).</div><div id="AppleMailSignature"><br></div><div id="AppleMailSignature">from there you stand in a park and look around yourself and , I think, see a vast 3D world that is all just here, and not as a "slice" of a weird thing called "time", but just here!
