Dan sent me a very long email on the 8th of August. Rage, rage against the dying of the light. </i><br class=""><br class="">Sorry it's been a while since I've written. I've been quite busy unlocking the secrets of the universe. Let me try to make it up to you with this special 5,000+ word edition of South Beach SCIENCE:<br class=""><br class="">As we continue our journey towards enlightenment regarding the true nature of our existence, you may have noticed that we've been starting to gain some traction. Recent South Beach musings on Wave-Particle Duality, Space-Time, Dreams, Past and Future Memories, etc. have been fairly coherent and logical, and hopefully persuasive enough to make you feel like we're onto something. Even if we have no effing clue what that something is, beyond knowing that "time" is very likely fake, at least to some degree.<br class=""><br class="">Instead of spitting into the wind like we did with the Seth/Jane Roberts-heavy "Dreams" series missives starting in 2010, at least it feels like we've consistently been spitting downwind in 2014-2015. Rather than quoting a possibly-fake entity known as Seth almost exclusively, we've been challenging the human scientists who'd have us believe there is no higher meaning to our existence. On their side of the football field of evidence. Using the latest scientific facts and theories, that unwittingly support our premise that paranormal- and soul-explaining realms or dimensions are quite likely to exist. <br class=""><br class="">In short, things have started to make sense. To overlap. Even as we've been confused as to exactly what we're starting to piece together. If we're ever going to get to the finish line of enlightenment, it will require a leap of faith. And that leap of faith is virtually certainly going to involve us evolving our understanding of "time."<br class=""><br class="">Faith, it's leaping time. <br class=""><br class=""><i class=""><a href="http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000190/?ref_=tt_trv_qu" class=""><span class="character">Cooper</span></a>: We've always defined ourselves by the ability to overcome the impossible. And we count these moments. These moments when we dare to aim higher, to break barriers, to reach for the stars, to make the unknown known. We count these moments as our proudest achievements. But we lost all that. Or perhaps we've just forgotten that we are still pioneers. And we've barely begun. And that our greatest accomplishments cannot be behind us, because our destiny lies above us. <br class=""><br class=""></i>Today, inspired by the profound<i class=""> </i>greatness and great profundity of <i class="">Interstellar</i>, we're finally going to try to take the quantum physics-adjace leap. The plan goes something like this:<br class=""><br class="">We're going to put up a "reality wall" for our (seems-like-we're-onto-something) spit to hit. We're going to take a coherent theory that's been formulated and communicated by an actual living human being, and temporarily accept said theory as the absolute truth. <br class=""><br class="">This will allow us to hurl our existing spitballs of paranormal and soul-existing suspicions at the new finite wall, as if the riddle of the true nature of our existence has already been solved -- the test answers revealed. <br class=""><br class="">And it will let us see how many of our spitball paranormal musings jibe with our new-found accepted reality. Maybe some will fit perfectly and maybe some won't. And we'll even venture beyond the wall when approrpriate. But at least we have a chance to connect some (secret to everything) dots that we can't connect with amateur theorizing alone, sans an endgame. <br class=""><br class=""><i class=""><a href="http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0004266/?ref_=tt_trv_qu" class=""><span class="character">Brand</span></a>: Maybe we've spent too long trying to figure all this out with theory. </i><u class=""><i class=""><br class=""></i></u><br class="">I've stumbled across what I think is a brilliant existing theory that will serve very nicely as a reality wall/(temporary) absolute truth.
